Return Refund & Cancellation Policy

We do not accept a return of any products/goods apart from Manufacturing Defect or Damage during transportation. If there is any defect you need to inform us by sending an email or calling within 24 hours of receiving & accepting the product. We believe in complete customer satisfaction, and any product which you have received in a damaged condition due to transportation or manufacturing defect can either be replaced or refunded. Refund requests will be carefully considered by our customer service team. Return Policy

How long will the return process take?
Once your return request has been placed with Customer Service, the customer needs to ship the product back to Alfio Raldo within 72 hrs.  Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 7 days. Typically the refunds are initiated after 7 days after product inspection. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

How do I return a product?
Customer needs to return the product within 72 hours of receiving the product. The packaging should also be in the original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.  Alfio Raldo will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

Refund Policy

Typically the refunds are initiated after 7 days of Product Inspection. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank. Though we would love to expedite the same, our hands are tied. Also, you can assume additional delays for nationalized banks. The expected timeline of refunds takes 14-21 days.

Cancellation Policy

You can also get in touch with our Customer Care team with your order number to raise a cancellation request. Cancellation duration takes typically two days after confirming cancellation by calling  +6 011 2321 0188 or by emailing us at [email protected] If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. All customers will be charged a cancellation fee of RM 20 for cancelling their order. Rm 20 will be deducted from the paid amount and the remaining amount will be refunded back to the customer based on refund policy.
